Biduran
BIDURAN
Biduran yang dalam arti medis disebut urtikaria yakni reaksi dari kulit yang menyebabkan munculnya bilur berwarna merah atau putih dan merasa gatal. Bilur itu awalannya nampak di satu segi tubuh dan selanjutnya menebar. Satu di antara penyebab umumnya yakni alergi. Ukuran dan bentuk bilur juga dapat berbeda.
Ruam pada permasalahan urtikaria atau biduran bakal merasa gatal, tetapi dapatlah merasa perih atau menyengat. Tanda-tanda urtikaria bisa bertahan berjam-jam hingga beberapa hari.
Urtikaria yang berlangsung selama kurang dari enam minggu disebutkan sebagai urtikaria akut atau periode pendek. Namun ada pula permasalahan urtikaria yang bertahan kian lebih enam minggu atau berupa kambuhan sepanjang bulan atau bahkan juga tahun. Kondisi yang tidak sering berlangsung itu dikenal dengan arti urtikaria kritis atau periode panjang. Urtikaria kritis bisa diambil kesimpulan sebagai tandanya dari penyakit lain yang tengah terkena. Misalnya lantaran penyakit tiroid, diabetes tipe 1 atau lupus. Biduran atau urtikaria seringkali berjalan pada anak-anak dan wanita pada usia 30-60 th. Selain itu, orang yang memiliki alergi juga lebih berisiko untuk mengalaminya.
Berikut penyebab bisa mengakibatkan terjadinya biduran:
• Berlangsung kontak dengan pemicu atau penyebab alergi, misalnya lateks dan bulu binatang.
• Makanan penyebab biduran yang paling umum yakni kacang, cokelat, makanan laut, telur, gandum, dan susu.
• Nyaris semuanya obat-obatan bisa menyebabkan urtikaria, misalnya antibiotik, aspirin, obat anti-hipertensi dan ibuprone.
• Zat aditif atau bahan penambahan pada makanan seperti pemanis, pengawet, penguat rasa, pewarna, pengental, dan sebagainya.
• Infeksi seperti hepatitis dan demam kelenjar.
• Gigitan serangga
• Segi lingkungan seperti pajanan pada keadaan atau cuaca panas ataupun dingin, pajanan pada air tertentu, atau bahkan cahaya matahari.
• Stres.
Terkadang kondisi urtikaria kritis tidak di kenali penyebabnya yang tentu. Tetapi sebagian segi dapat menyebabkan timbulnya biduran atau jadi memperburuk gejala yang ada, misalnya minuman mengandung alkohol atau minuman berkafein, terasa stres, dan suhu udara yang panas.
Penyembuhan
1. Buah Asam serta Temulawak
Sediakan buah asam, 15 gr temulawak, dan gula aren. Rebus semuanya bahan itu kedalam 2 gelas air sampai tersisa setengahnya. Biarkanlah dingin, lantas saring. Minum ramuan itu untuk mengobati biduran anda. Anda dapat memberikan madu untuk memberi rasa lezat.
2. Bawang Merah serta Daun Kelor
Sediakan bahan berbentuk 3 lembar daun kelor, sebutir bawang merah, dan 2 gr pulosari. Rebus sebagian bahan itu kedalam 3 gelas air hingga tersisa 2 gelas saja. Setelah disaring, minum ramuan itu 2 kali dalam satu hari.
3. Kunyit serta Sambiloto
Sediakan beberapa bahan berbentuk 10 gr sambiloto, 20 gr kunyit, 30 gr daun kelor, 1 sdm adas, 3 butir bawang merah. Tumbuk hingga halus semuanya bahan tadi sesudah anda mencucinya. Rebus kedalam 600 cc air sampai tersisa sepertiga sisi. Setelah disaring dan dingin, anda bisa minum ramuan itu sejumlah 3 kali sehari.
4. Minyak Kayu Putih serta Zaitun
Sediakan minyak kayu putih, minyak zaitun, serta menthol Kristal semasing sejumlah 1 sdm. Aduk semuanya bahan hingga rata. Gosokkan pada kulit anda untuk menyembuhkan biduran.
5. Jahe serta Cuka Beras Hitam
Sediakan bahan berbentuk 100 cc Cuka Beras hitam, 30 gr jahe, serta gula merah. Tumbuk dahulu jahe sampai halus, setelah itu rebus berbarengan yang lain ke air. Setelah dingin, minum ramuan tradisional itu sejumlah 2 kali dalam sehari.
Pencegahan
Jauhi aspek penyebabnya alergi, termasuk sebagian makanan dan penyedap mekanan, obat-obatan dan sebagian kondisi panas atau dingin. Perlakuan pertama jika penyakit biduran ini kambuh janganlah digaruk, kompres hangat untuk menghilangkan gatal
